HR Manager

Purpose of the Role:

HR Manager will be responsible for liaising with existing employees, performance and talent management; recognition; health and safety; and training and development. The Candidate will facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions and administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.

Description

HR Manager will be reporting to the Director. The candidate will collaborate with departmental Heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings. Identify future staffing needs.

He/she should manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

Candidate should handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
