Capturing and distribution of application

Capture applications through APIs, websites, landing pages, field sales teams, and banking relations. and assign them to the verification team automatically based on pre-set logic like regions, rep performance, agent availability, etc.

Scheduling of calls and creating tasks

Once the application is assigned, the call date and time are scheduled. At the scheduled time, the prospect will receive a call link, he initiates the video call by clicking on the link.

Video KYC verification

During the call, the prospect is asked to show their identity document in front of the camera. The agent takes a screenshot of the prospect as well as the document, followed by face matching. The person’s name and DOB are also captured from the document using OCR and matched with the details provided by them.

Verification completion
