Leadsquared CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and re-engineering our customer’s business processes to improve efficiency. The candidate will work closely with our sales team to build CRM solutions for our customers and own the implementation.
Leadsquared BA will be reporting to the CRM Business Director. The candidate should be able to assess the current state, identify the customer’s requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
He/she should be able to research, gather and synthesize information. Candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that result in high customer satisfaction.
He/she should be able to demonstrate strong relationships with customers in gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and providing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards. BA should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and able to prioritize multiple demands in a very fast-paced environment.
